How to Prepare

For Ethiopia to China: authenticate at Ethiopian MoFA, legalize at the Chinese Embassy in Ethiopia, then submit at the Ethiopian Embassy in Beijing. For China to Ethiopia: notarize in China, authenticate via Chinese MoFA or FAO, then submit at the Ethiopian Embassy in Beijing. For Hong Kong, Macau, or other countries to Ethiopia: notarize in the origin jurisdiction, authenticate locally, then submit in Beijing.
